Free Delivery on all orders over €50. Our standard shipping cost of €5.00 apply thereafter. Please note: We are now shipping to the UK. We have two methods of shipping. A Standard shipping cost and a Registered shipping. Deliver within the Republic of Ireland is free for items over €50 .


As a rule, delivery time is 3 to 7 working days after processing the order.

An Post is our Irish courier service. They deliver Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm. We do not deliver on a Saturday or Sunday. For Bank holidays please allow an extra day for delivery for Standard and Express orders. If you are not in when the courier tries to deliver then they will attempt to deliver the following day. If after 2 attempts the delivery has still not been made you will be able to collect your order from the local courier depot within 5 days. After this time, your order will be returned back to our main depot where a refund will be issued.

A signature may be required to confirm receipt of deliveries. In order to arrange a suitable time for our couriers to deliver, please contact the number left on the drop card.

The aforementioned dispatch and delivery times above may vary for a range of reasons. Hanley & Co. shall not be liable for loss resulting from deliveries outside the delivery periods specified above due to lack of product availability, delays from carriers, force majeure, or for any other reason.

We are happy to accept items returned to us within 28-days of purchase. We will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after the 28-day period will be eligible for an exchange/credit. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of Hanley & Co. .Please note all sale Items have a 7 days return policy. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition. Hanley & Co. reserves the right to refuse a return if it's determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being 'faulty'.
When Returning Product
We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging. All original product packaging must be returned. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.

Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend that you use the registered post option from An Post.

How to Return Product
When you receive your delivery, you will find a  Returns Information Sheet included in your package. This Returns Information Sheet includes a pre-addressed, self-adhesive RETURNS label which you can affix to your returns package. This sheet details everything you need in order to return or exchange your purchases.
Fill out the required fields on the sheet, including whether you are returning or exchanging your purchases and the reason for your return/exchange. Place the Returns Information Sheet along with the purchases to be returned into your returns package, attach the RETURNS label and post it back to us. We will process your refund/exchange as soon as we receive your package.
