The summer season has brought about a lot of events and occasions such as race week, festivals, events and occasions and with all of these reasons to celebrate has brought about a lot of outfit planning and styling. Due to this, we thought we would put together our favourite looks of the season.
Occasion Wear
A Fish Named Fred was a very popular choice for blazers and patterned or floral shirts over the summer months. This blazer in baby blue with the coral shirt and beige chinos is a fresh look which was perfect for many formal occasions over the summer. The blazer in this shade has unfortunately sold out but it is available in shade sand which is the perfect transitional piece for your Autumn/Winter wardrobe.
Patterned Shirts & Shorts
Another season look that was trending this summer was patterned shirts and chino-style shorts. This look was perfect for exploring a new city when travelling abroad or even wearing here in Ireland when attending events such as day two of a wedding, engagement parties or at christenings or communions. We are confident that this trend will be returning next summer so make sure to check out our summer sale and pick up a few pairs.
Smart Casual
Polo shirts and chinos are two items that you should always have in your wardrobe. They are the perfect pieces that can be styled up or dressed down as well as be worn in every season either layered or worn on their own. For a more casual look they can be styled with trainers or if the occasion is more formal, loafers are the perfect solution.
Comfy and Casual
No wardrobe would be complete without a comfy and casual outfit. This type of outfit is essential in both the summer and the winter months. This look can just be adapted depending on how hot or cold the temperature is at the time. This Calvin Klein fine knit sweater is perfect for that comfy and casual look, styled with shorts and loafers in the warmer weather or with chinos or jeans and a pair of trainers when the temperature drops.
