Click & Collect is available up until 4:00pm from our Williamsgate St. store.
UK: Tuesday Dec 19th
Mainland Europe: Thursday Dec 14th
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day if ordered before 2:00pm, orders placed after 2:00pm are dispatched the following day. As a rule, delivery time is 1-2 working days for Ireland and 3-4 working days for international deliveries after processing the order. This may take longer in busy periods such as sales.** If you have an urgent order please contact us by phone at 091 567 951.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative item, a refund for the item or refund the entire order.
Once we have despatched your order, you will receive a Shipping notification email containing your order tracking number, this will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Using this order tracking number, you can track your order from the DPD website tracking.dpd.ie.
**The aforementioned dispatch and delivery times above may vary for a range of reasons. For Bank holidays please allow an extra day for delivery. Hanley & Co. shall not be liable for loss resulting from deliveries outside the delivery periods specified above due to lack of product availability, delays from carriers, force majeure, or for any other reason.

We are happy to accept items returned to us within 28-days of purchase. We will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after the 28-day period will be eligible for an exchange/credit. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of Hanley & Co. Please note all sale Items have a 7 days return policy. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition. Hanley & Co. reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being 'faulty'.

When Returning Product
We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging. All original product packaging must be returned. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.
Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend that you use the registered post option from An Post.
