Competition Terms & Conditions
The Spring/Summer 2026 Competition - Win a €500 Hanley & Co Gift Card
These terms govern entry to the Hanley & Co €500 Gift Card prize draw (the "Competition"). By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Promoter
The Competition is promoted by Hanley & Co ("Hanley & Co", "we", "us").
2. Eligibility
2.1. Entry is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland EU Countries and the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2.2. Employees of Hanley & Co, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the Competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
3. How to enter
3.1. To enter, complete the entry form available in store or via the QR code and URL displayed at the point of sale.
3.2. Entry requires submission of a valid first name, last name, and email address. Entering the Competition signs the entrant up to the Hanley & Co email newsletter. Newsletter sign-up is a condition of entry.
3.3. Entrants may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time after the draw without affecting their entry.
3.4. No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.5. The closing date for entries is 31.07.2026, 23:59 Irish Standard Time. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
4. The prize
4.1. One (1) prize is available: a Hanley & Co gift card to the value of €500.
4.2. The gift card is redeemable in either Hanley & Co store or online at hanley.ie.
4.3. The gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
4.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4.5. Hanley & Co reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
5. The draw
5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
5.2. The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
5.3. The winner will be notified by email using the address provided at entry, within 7 days of the draw.
5.4. If the winner does not respond to confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of notification, Hanley & Co reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.
6. Winner's name
6.1. The winner's first and lat name may be published on the Hanley & Co website, social channels, or newsletter for the purpose of announcing the result.
6.2. Entrants who win agree to reasonable participation in winner announcement content if requested, though this is not a condition of receiving the prize.
7. Data and privacy
7.1. Personal data submitted as part of the entry will be processed in accordance with the Hanley & Co Privacy Policy.
7.2. Email addresses provided at entry will be added to the Hanley & Co newsletter list. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
8. General
8.1. Hanley & Co reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, or does not comply with these terms.
8.2. Hanley & Co reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary. Reasonable notice will be given where possible.
8.3. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
8.4. The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform or third-party brand stocked by Hanley & Co.
