Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a Shipping notification email containing your order tracking number, this will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Using this order tracking number, you can track your order from the DPD website tracking.dpd.ie.

Hanley & Co. shall not be liable for loss resulting from deliveries outside the delivery periods specified above due to lack of product availability, delays from carriers, force majeure, or for any other reason.

Policy

We are happy to accept items returned to us within 28-days of purchase. We will refund your credit or debit card once the items are received and processed. Items returned to us after the 28-day period will be eligible for an exchange/credit. Any returns received outside this time frame may be considered at the discretion of Hanley & Co. Please note all sale Items have a 7 days return policy. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were shipped. They must be in an unused and perfectly saleable condition. Hanley & Co. reserves the right to refuse a return if it’s determined that an item has been worn and then returned for any reason other than being 'faulty'.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear under any circumstances.

When Returning Product

We strongly recommend that customers check their orders upon receipt, prior to disposing of any packaging. All original product packaging must be returned. Please package your return securely. We reserve the right to assess any damage incurred during return shipment and to refuse such items if necessary.

Return delivery costs on any non-damaged or non-flawed returns will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our offices. We recommend that you use the registered post option from An Post.
